Upon completion of the installation, the accredited installer will submit a completed commissioning form to the homeowner and/or the Approver (building control).
Commissioning information is also submitted in the Plumis website “partner page” where the serial numbers of controller, pump and heads are provided as well as the operating pressure during each of the head commissioning discharges. Submission of the information to the partner website is a declaration that the installation has been completed and has followed Plumis guidelines, with any deviation stated on the submission so that it is included in the commissioning certificate. The Plumis website will generate a commissioning certificate once the automatic checks for consistency and completeness of data has been carried out. The certificate is an automated information check generated and logged by Plumis but it is the responsibility of the installer as it has been their design and installation, as per the Authorised Installer contract.
