This troubleshooting guide is for Accredited Reseller Installers only. Tampering with the system can inadvertently prevent the system from working which could lead to death or injury. All installation procedures and maintenance must be carried out by an Accredited Automist Installer (with a valid accreditation certificate).
IMPORTANT! These answers are for AP04 only.
- 2 beeps = System is not commissioned
The system will need to be recommissioned
- 3 beeps = Relay wiring fault (red- green- blue)
Disconnect the 3 cables (red-green-blue) from the relay and twist together Green & Blue, the pump should go to uncommissioned mode (2 beeps). Check your relay or the connection of the activation cable. Verify the pump’s external stop loop cable has not been broken and, if an external STOP button is in use, check that this provides a normally closed connection.
- 4 Beeps = Stop button stuck (faulty)
The pump stop button has malfunctioned. Follow the returns procedure.
