Fill in the Field Issue Report. This information is vital to help us diagnose any problems and help us prevent them from reoccurring in the future.
Before a part is returned, a A-B-A swap procedure must be carried out:
How to perform the A-B-A swap:
(A) Remove the suspect unit (A) from the installation.
(B) Replace the suspect unit (A) with a known good unit (B) and check if the installation is now working correctly.
(A) Connect the suspect unit (A) to a known installation and see if the observed issue
continues to occur (the installation at your HQ used for training purposes, for example).

The last step is critical to exclude the possibility that the issue is caused by an interaction with
another unit of the original installation.
Please collect photos and videos as evidence of the failure and of the A-B-A swap to allow the investigation to be carried out accurately at Plumis.
